• Dallas’ tallest tower is reaching new horizons. It will be redeveloped by new investors buying Bank of America Plaza. The $350 million redevelopment could add a 300-key hotel to the tower and upgrade the surrounding street into a pedestrian-friendly area with restaurants and shops. It will reopen in 2027. • Richardson’s Cottonwood Festival is back on Saturday, Oct. 5. The two-day festival will feature 200 artist booths, food trucks, craft beer, kid art stations, a chalk walk, and live performances.
