The business park is undergoing a major transformation with a new master plan that includes three new towers: a Class AAA office building, a boutique hotel, and a luxury residential tower. A new 10,000-sqft eatery and 5.7-acre community park are also on the horizon. Anticipated completion is mid-2024. In addition to commercial developments, new residential and hotel offerings are also on the docket.
