Dallas-based Kaizen Development Partners began demolition proceedings on the old North Texas Public Broadcasting building in Uptown this week to make room for a luxury mixed-use project called Chalk Hill. Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS plans to launch a new store at NorthPark Center. The brand currently operates two stores in Austin and Houston, but this will be the first in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. An opening date is yet to be announced. (WFAA)
