Wooo-weee. Between the Wildflower Musical Festival and Dallas Pride, 2025 is already shaping up to be quite the year for Dallas.

It’s time to start marking your calendars — here are the events catching our eye this year.

Dallas Arts Month

Thursday, March 27-Tuesday, April 29
This month-long series highlights all of Dallas’ creatives with a wide range of events that includes everything from free dance festivals and immersive exhibits to circus acts and film screenings.

Breakaway Music Festival

Friday, April 4-Saturday, April 5
Break away from the day-to-day with a weekend featuring lots of dancing featuring EDM artists like Louis the Child, Zedd, and Afrojack.

Bishop Bazaar

April 13, May 4, and June 1
We all know the reason we do a spring cleaning is just to make room for all the cool stuff we buy at arts markets. Find locally made bags, jewelry, mugs, snacks, wall art, and more. There will be plenty of live music to serenade you while you shop, too.

Open

The National Medal of Honor Museum, which honors the recipients of the military’s highest honor, is now open in Arlington. The highly recognizable building, designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, houses a variety of exhibits documenting the acts of heroes from the Civil War to current days. Get tickets.

Biz

Get ready to pamper yourself. A Romania-based spa and resort is planning its very first US location here in downtown Dallas. Therme Group is looking to buy 24 acres along Riverfront Boulevard, though zoning and development approvals are still needed to move forward with construction. Openings should start landing in 2030. (Dallas Business Journal)

Concert

Time to live out your preteen dreams — the Jonas Brothers are bringing their 20-year retrospective tour “Jonas20: Living the Dream” to Globe Life Field on August 31. The tour, while covering the entirety of the Jo Bros history, will also include works from the brothers’ solo projects. General sale for tickets begins tomorrow, March 28 at 10 a.m.

Development

A new $61 million recycling center has officially broke ground in Frisco. The 126,000-sqft facility is intended to handle some of the increasing demand for recycling services in the area, with an opening date pegged for 2026. The site is expected to employ ~50 staff members. (Dallas Business Journal)

Eat

If regular old ice cream cones are too boring for you, a creative new take on the waffle cone is now being served up in Lewisville. Eiffel Waffle uses bubble waffles as a central component in their decadent concoctions that feature ingredients like frosted animal crackers, fruity pebbles, and Kinder bars.
