🍽️ More than a midnight snack

15 late-night spots around Dallas

We’ve all been there. You’re leaving a late-night show or wrapping up a night on the town, and the midnight munchies hit. But it seems like the lights are off and the grills are cold at all your favorite Dallas restaurants.

Well that’s not quite true — because there are definitely joints that cater to nighttime eaters with late-night meals of everything from pizza to burgers to barbecue. So save this list for the next time you’ve got an after-hours craving.

Eclectic eats

DALtoday Plomo Quesadilla

Quesadillas, churros, chips, salsa, and queso all are available for your late-night cravings. | Photo via @eatplomo

Cafe Brazil, Multiple locations | We firmly believe breakfast can be enjoyed any time of the day and this local cafe agrees, offering classic items like French toast or egg sammies 24-hours a day.

Plomo, 1802 McMillan Ave. | After you bite into one of these homemade quesadillas at 3 a.m., you’ll never want to go through a fast food chain’s drive-thru again.

Classic bar bites

Saint Valentine, 4800 Bryan St. | If you love sloppy Joes, this is the place to be at 2 a.m., because they make em’ extra sloppy for ya. All “Billy Madison” references aside, their rendition of this budget-friendly sandwich puts that canned sauce to shame.

Nice slice(s)

DALtoday Zalat Pizza

Do you prefer classic pies, like this pepperoni pizza, or specialty slices? | Photo via @zalatpizza

Sfuzzi, 2401 Henderson Ave. | Pizza, pasta, bread, and perhaps another glass of wine all combine to create a great late-night Italian eatery.

Zalat Pizza, Multiple locations | It’s almost never too late for a New York-style pizza, and Zalat will have you covered until 2 a.m. on the weekends.

Did we miss your favorite place for a late-night bite? No worries. Our inbox is always open and we’ll update this story with the top reader recommendations in the future.

“Teamwork makes the dream work” and that’s why Post Malone is partnering with Raising Cane’s for his new album tour.

The Dallas-based musician recently released his country crossover album, “F-1 Trillion,” and announced his coinciding tour. He’s finishing it off with four concerts in his homestate — two in Austin on Oct. 23 and Oct. 24 + two in Houston on Oct. 26 and Oct. 27. Thanks to his partnership, Dallas has the first chance at winning free tickets to one of those shows.

The Cane’s located at 2255 W. Northwest Hwy. has the iconic F-150 from his album cover parked out front now until Thursday, Aug. 29. Fans are invited to take a photo in front of the truck and post it to social media with the tag #CanesF1TrillionDallas for a chance to win free tickets to one of the Texas tour dates.
