Modera St. Paul, a 16-story mixed-use community, is now open in downtown Dallas. The $70 million project features 333 apartments and “Wes Anderson-inspired” amenities like an arcade room. Street-level retail + a restaurant are coming soon. (The Dallas Morning News)

Something new is brewing in Oak Cliff. Smittox Brewing, a small indie brewery, is setting up shop on East Clarendon Drive. Construction is underway and set to be completed in October. (CultureMap Dallas)
