History
Remember when the City of Dallas sold the 125-year-old Liberty Building for $1? More than a decade later, the building is being sold once again to the developers of Wildcat Management. The new price remains undisclosed. (WFAA)
Development
The University of Dallas could add data center space to dozens of acres along State Highway 114. The project, set to go before Irving City Council on July 11, is recommended for approval. If approved, the center could generate ~$8.2 million in property taxes and business personal property taxes annually. (Dallas Morning News)

WorldSprings, a new Korean spa located in Grandscape in The Colony, is now open. The spa features 46 outdoor soaking pools, eight saunas, and a 12-room first-class spa facility. It is the largest outdoor mineral spring of its kind in the US. (Thrillist)

Arlington is making history this week during MLB All-Star Weekend. For the first time since 1995, the event will be hosted in Ranger City.
The week will be filled with not just the game, but other events and activities that will take place at Globe Life Field. We have curated a list of all things you need to know to plan ahead for the big event.
When will MLB All-Star Week take place?
MLB’s All-Star Week will be a five-day event taking place from Friday, July 12 through Tuesday, July 16. The All-Star Game will take place on July 16.
Where will it take place?
Events and activities will all take place at the Ranger’s home field, Globe Life Field in Arlington. The Globe Life stadium is located at 734 Stadium Dr.
