Downtown Dallas’ Beeman Hotel hosted a memorable evening of good eats and smokey spirits with the local Herman Marshall Whiskey Company.
The three-course tasting was part of the many events that the Beeman Hotel hosts showcasing local spirits and food.
The first course featured slow-roasted Pork Belly Bites with Jalapeno Slaw. It was followed by a flat iron steak with bourbon au Poivre sauce and finished with a Bourbon bread pudding with Herman Marshall Bourbon Pecan ice cream.
The entourage of foods was paired with Herman Marshall Whiskey. This distillery prides itself on small-batch whiskeys with distinct flavors. The tasting included a selection of their finest whiskeys, allowing you to savor each pour’s rich, complex notes.
